About this trip
Five days that cover a lot of ground: Cairo's ancient highlights, a trip south to Luxor's temples and tombs, then north to the Mediterranean coast at Alexandria.
You start at Giza, seeing the three Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum, before travelling to Luxor for the Valley of the Kings and its major temples. From there it's on to Alexandria, Egypt's second city, for a change of pace by the sea.
This is a guided, fully organised short break, well suited to a family or group wanting the essential sights without planning the logistics themselves.
