About this trip
Seven days across Turkey's biggest historic sites, flying between Istanbul, Cappadocia and the Ephesus/Pamukkale region rather than spending hours on coaches. It's a private, fully guided trip, so the pace is set around you rather than a fixed group.
You start in Istanbul with a full day taking in the old city's landmarks, then move on to Cappadocia's underground cities and fairy chimney landscapes. The final stretch covers Ephesus, one of the best-preserved classical cities in the Eastern Mediterranean, and the terraces of Pamukkale.
Throughout, a local guide talks you through the history, from early Christian sites to daily life in the different regions you pass through.
