About this trip
Eight days across four of India's best-known cities — Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Mumbai. It's the classic Golden Triangle route with Mumbai tacked on at the end, so you get Mughal monuments, pink-city bazaars and a dash of coastal city life in one go.
You'll have a guide for the sightseeing days, moving from Delhi's mosques and forts to the Taj Mahal in Agra, then on to Jaipur's palaces and markets before flying to Mumbai to finish.
What you'll do
- Explore Delhi's Jama Masjid, Red Fort and India Gate
- See the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort
- Sightsee Jaipur's Amer Fort, City Palace and Hawa Mahal
- Wander the 16th-century ruins of Fatehpur Sikri
- Take a rickshaw ride in Delhi and a jeep ride in Jaipur
- Cross to Mumbai for an excursion to the Elephanta caves
- Private tour with a guide for the main sightseeing days
- Easy pace, suited to families or those who prefer things well organised
- Partially guided — expect some free time built in around the guided stops
Worth it if you want efficient Golden Triangle coverage with genuine local insight and solid logistics. Think twice if you need flexibility or prefer slower travel.
- Guide and driver actively enhance experience with street-level stories and unique local moments like sadhu interactions.
- Company goes beyond standard service: retrieved forgotten medicines from previous hotel without charging extra fee.
- Quality heavily depends on assigned guide and driver; reviews specifically name-check Anil and Rakesh as standouts.
- Eight days covers Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Mumbai efficiently but leaves limited time to linger anywhere.
