About this trip
Seven days riding a Royal Enfield 350cc across Nepal, from the heritage streets of Kathmandu down to the flat plains of Terai and up into the hills around Pokhara. The route takes in jungle, plains, and mountain views, with real changes in terrain and culture along the way.
You'll pass through Chitwan for a jungle safari, Lumbini for the birthplace of Buddha, and Tansen, known for its metalwork and Dhaka cloth and home to Magar and Newar communities. The tour ends in Pokhara, with time to see its lakes, caves, and viewpoints before heading back to Kathmandu.
This is a private, fully guided ride built for people who already know how to handle a bike on unfamiliar roads, with a support team behind you throughout.
What you'll do
- Ride through terraced hills and Terai plains between Kathmandu and Chitwan
- Jungle safari in Chitwan National Park by jeep or elephant
- Visit Lumbini, birthplace of Gautam Buddha
- Explore Tansen's metal crafts and Magar and Newar culture
- See Pokhara's Davis Fall, Bat Cave, and Tal Barahi Temple
- Take in Annapurna and Machhapuchhre views from Sarangkot and World Peace Pagoda
- You need a valid international motorbike licence and real riding experience, including some off-road handling
- Best done March to May or October to December — January and February are cold, and the monsoon runs June to August
