About this trip
Nine days across three countries, tracing a route from Guatemala's colonial streets to Honduras's ancient ruins and on to El Salvador's coast. It's a fully guided, easy-paced trip built around sightseeing and history rather than physical challenge.
You start in Antigua, taking in its cobbled streets by tuk-tuk, then cross into Honduras for the Maya ruins at Copán with a local guide. From there it's on to El Salvador, where the Ruta de las Flores towns bring art, food and a slower pace before you finish on the Pacific coast at Costa del Sol.
Along the way there's a hands-on tortilla-making session, giving you a bit of everyday culture to go with the ruins and old towns.
