About this trip
Fourteen days across Vietnam, running from the old streets of Hanoi down to the beaches of Phu Quoc, with the Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh City along the way. It covers a lot of ground, mixing cities, history and a proper stretch of coast at the end.
Expect temple visits and lake walks in Hanoi, a night afloat in Halong Bay, riverboats in Hoi An and the Mekong, and a sobering look at wartime history at the Cu Chi Tunnels. The last few days slow right down on Phu Quoc, with time for beaches and seafood rather than sightseeing.
