About this trip
This is a private tour into Morocco's deep south, away from the standard circuits, with your own driver and vehicle for the whole route.
You cross the High Atlas Mountains and drop into the Draa Valley, passing kasbahs, palm oases and small Berber villages before pushing on to the Erg Chigaga dunes on remote desert pistes.
The outward and return routes differ, so you see two distinct stretches of desert and pre-Sahara landscape rather than retracing your steps.
