About this trip
Four days covering Rwanda's capital and two of its national parks, with a mix of city time, savannah wildlife and mountain forest. You start in Kigali before heading out to Akagera for game drives and a boat trip, then north to Volcanoes National Park to track golden monkeys.
It's a private tour, so it's just your group and a guide, with the itinerary built around getting you close to Rwanda's wildlife rather than ticking off sights. Accommodation is kept simple and budget-style, though the operator can arrange mid-range or luxury stays instead if that suits you better.
