About this trip
This three-day tour circles Lake Issyk-Kul, mixing ancient history, nomadic culture and mountain scenery in a short, easy-paced loop.
You'll visit the Burana Tower, spend time with a local family in Kyzyl-Tuu who still make traditional yurts, and spend a night yurt camping yourself in Jeti-Oguz. Along the way there's Skazka Canyon, the Golden Eagle House, and the Maiden's Braid waterfall.
It rounds off with a Karakol city tour and a stop at the Petroglyphs open-air museum in Cholpon-Ata — a fair amount of ground covered for three days, but private and fully guided throughout.
