About this trip
A short safari to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a private reserve in the shadow of Mount Kenya, known for holding all of the big five in one place.
Three days is enough time to get into the rhythm of game drives without a long haul beforehand, since pickup from anywhere in Nairobi, airports included, is part of the trip.
A highlight is the chance to meet Baraka, a black rhino blinded in a fight who now lives near the Morani Information Centre and can be fed from a purpose-built platform.
What you'll do
- Game drives through Ol Pejeta Conservancy tracking the big five
- Views over the plains to the peaks of Mount Kenya
- Meet Baraka the black rhino and his keepers at his enclosure
- Feed Baraka from the dedicated feeding platform

- Short format at 3 days, 2 nights, so the focus stays on Ol Pejeta rather than covering multiple parks
- Driver will wait out flight delays or visa queues at the airport pickup
