This 20-day trip covers two countries in one go, starting in Egypt and finishing in Turkey, with history as the constant thread throughout.
In Egypt you take in Cairo's pyramids and museum before boarding a Nile cruise, stopping at temples and tombs along the way, with an onboard dinner and show one evening. From there you fly to Turkey, moving between Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Antalya, covering everything from underground cities to Roman ruins to thermal springs.
It's a fully guided, easy-paced trip built for groups and families, so the logistics are handled and the days are structured around seeing the big sights rather than working things out yourself.
