Turkish Breeze & 4 Nights Iconic Aegeans

Fourteen days that pair a tour of Turkey's major historical sites with a four-night cruise through the Greek islands, starting and ending in Istanbul. You move between the two continents, underground cities, ancient ruins and thermal springs before boarding a ship for the Aegean leg.

On the Turkey side you get Istanbul's imperial history, the underground cities and fairy chimneys of Cappadocia, the ruins of Ephesus, Pamukkale's mineral pools and Antalya's old town. Local guides talk you through the history at each stop, from early Christian communities to Roman roads.

The cruise section calls at Patmos, Heraklion, Rhodes, Santorini, Mykonos and Athens, with two guided half-day tours included — one around Rhodes town and one up to the Acropolis. It is a full itinerary with a lot of ground and sea covered in two weeks.
