About this trip
Eight days across Madagascar's west, built around three landmarks that don't really compare to anywhere else on earth: the limestone spires of Grand Tsingy, the tangled forests of Kirindy Reserve, and the famous row of baobabs at sunset.
This is a jeep-based trip, moving between reserves and rock formations rather than sitting on a beach, with wildlife spotting built into the days at Kirindy.
You start and end in Antananarivo, flying out west to Morondava to reach the baobabs and tsingy country before looping back.
