About this trip
A short private run from Marrakech into the Sahara, crossing the High Atlas Mountains along old caravan routes to reach the dunes at Merzouga.
The centre of the trip is a night in the desert, with the kind of dark sky that shows the Milky Way and shooting stars clearly.
The return leg cuts back through the Middle Atlas before dropping you back into Marrakech, rounding off a quick but full loop through some of Morocco's most varied landscapes.
