About this trip
Six days through Bhutan's western valleys, covering the country's key Buddhist sites and Himalayan scenery in a small group. This is a culture-and-sightseeing itinerary rather than a trek, with dzongs, monasteries and temples forming the backbone of each day.
You'll spend time in Thimphu and Paro before crossing the Dochula Pass into the Punakha Valley, taking in shifting landscapes from mountain passes to sub-tropical lowlands along the way.
