About this trip
Two weeks overland through East Africa built around one big goal: tracking mountain gorillas on foot through dense forest. It's a trip that mixes serious wildlife time with some proper camping miles in between.
Alongside the gorilla trek you head out after chimpanzees, take a boat cruise and game drives through Queen Elizabeth National Park, and cover ground as far as the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.
There's also a stop in Kigali to visit the Genocide Memorial, a quieter and more reflective point in an otherwise wildlife-heavy itinerary.
