About this trip
This is a travel pass route rather than a fully guided tour, taking you overland from Cancun in Mexico down to Antigua in Guatemala over 13 days.
Along the way you'll swim in cenotes, walk the Tulum ruins, and spend time in Playa del Carmen before crossing into Guatemala for Lake Atitlán and finishing in Antigua's colonial old town.
It's pitched as easy-paced and partially guided, so expect a mix of organised stops and time to explore on your own, with the route doing the work of getting you between destinations.
