About this trip
This travel pass takes you overland from Salta in northern Argentina to La Paz in Bolivia, covering some of the most striking scenery in South America along the way.
You'll pass through the Quebrada de Humahuaca, a UNESCO-listed valley of red rock and colonial villages, before crossing into Bolivia for the vast white expanse of the Uyuni Salt Flats and the altitude of the Andes.
It's a partially guided route rather than a fully escorted tour, so there's room to explore La Paz's markets and set your own pace at points along the way.
