About this trip
Nine days that link Morocco's imperial cities with a proper run out into the Sahara. You start and finish in Marrakech, with the loop taking in Casablanca, Rabat, Fez and the desert around Merzouga along the way.
It's a full circuit — a mix of history in the old capitals, Roman ruins at Volubilis, mountain and valley driving through Dades and Ouarzazate, and a night camp in the dunes. Guided throughout, so the logistics of moving between all these places are taken care of.
