About this trip
A week through Italy's north-west, pairing the coastal towns of Liguria with the wine hills of Piedmont. You'll spend time exploring the Cinque Terre villages, the harbours of Portofino and Santa Margherita, and the beaches around Rapallo, before heading inland to Piedmont's rolling vineyards and Alpine views.
Base cities are Genoa and Turin, giving you a mix of city life and day trips out to the coast and countryside. It's a guided, moderate-paced trip suited to families or groups who want variety rather than one long beach stop.
