About this trip
This tour takes you cycling through two very different sides of Campania: the quiet, largely undeveloped Cilento coast and the busier, more famous Amalfi stretch. It is a chance to see the contrast for yourself, from fishing villages where old traditions still hold to the postcard towns further north.
You start in Cilento National Park, pedalling past villages that see little tourist traffic, before visiting the Greco-Roman ruins at Paestum. From there you move to Minori and onto the Amalfi Coast itself, riding some genuinely scenic roads through Positano and Amalfi.
Eight days of moderate cycling, with plenty of good food along the way to make up for the effort.

Worth it if you're a fit cyclist seeking stunning coastal routes and exceptional guides. Think twice if you need hassle-free admin or expect all advertised optional activities to actually happen.
- Guides Alex, Peter, and Lieven consistently went above and beyond: knowledgeable on history, paced rides perfectly, sourced brilliant meals and swimming spots.
- Amalfi and Cilento coastal routes are genuinely spectacular with patient drivers; villages have fountains and cheap, exceptional food—a real value destination.
- Brochure promised optional final-day ride wasn't delivered; booking goes through Tour Radar only, creating friction if you need direct contact with Exodus.
- Amalfi coast roads narrow and busier than Cilento; bring padded shorts and a pannier if you want personal gear accessible mid-ride.
