About this trip
Fourteen days through Northern Pakistan's Karakoram and Himalaya country, taking in Hunza, Skardu, Naltar and Fairy Meadows before trekking up to Nanga Parbat Base Camp. It's a fully guided route built around the region's big-ticket landscapes rather than off-the-beaten-track exploring, so you'll be visiting the places most people come to Northern Pakistan for.
The trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp is the centrepiece, with close-up views of the 9th highest peak in the world. It's pitched at a basic fitness level, and horses are available if you'd rather not walk the whole way up.
Alongside the trekking there's a fair amount of driving, including the Karakoram Highway itself, plus time in old forts, lakes and the bazaar streets of Karimabad, with plenty of chances to meet locals along the way.

Worth it if you want hassle-free, professionally guided access to Gilgit-Baltistan's mountains with responsive pre-trip planning. Think twice if you're budget-conscious—no reviews mention pricing or hidden costs.
- Guides (Zaffar, Kaleem, Fareed, Rashid) genuinely integrate with groups, handle treks safely, and stay patient for full two weeks.
- Real-time flexibility: teams spontaneously adjust routes mid-trip so you linger in places you love without pushback.
- Hotel choice in Skardu matters for travel times; honeymoon reviewer preferred different option despite company's otherwise top-tier selections.
- Pre-trip responsiveness from Ajmal, Arif, Majid exceptional; detailed itineraries tailored to your needs before you land.
