Six days that start on solid ground in Caye Caulker before you head out to sea for three days of sailing between Belize's remote cayes.
Days are simple by design — snorkelling in clear water, drifting to the next patch of sand, eating whatever's been caught that day. Nights are spent aboard, with the boat rocking gently and the stars doing most of the entertaining.
It's a slow, salt-air kind of trip built around open water and quiet islands rather than a packed itinerary.
