   Day 1 · New DelhiArrival At New Delhi

   

   Arrive at New Delhi airport where you'll be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend the afternoon on a guided tour hitting Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar.

   Day 2 · New DelhiNew Delhi - Agra - New Delhi (220 Kms / 3.30 Hrs)

   

   Early start to drive to Agra, stopping at Sikandra Fort en route. See the Taj Mahal and Mathab Bagh, then explore Agra Fort's various structures including the Moti Masjid and Jahangir's Palace, plus Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb and Jama Masjid. Drive back to New Delhi the same day.

   Day 3 · New DelhiNew Delhi - Bagdogra (By Flight) - Darjeeling (65 Kms / 2.30 Hrs)

   

   Fly from New Delhi to Bagdogra, then drive to Darjeeling. Check in and settle at your hotel, with the rest of the day free to do as you please.

   Day 4 · DarjeelingDarjeeling - Mirik - Darjeeling (55 Kms / 1.30 Hrs)

   Day trip to Mirik, visiting Pashupati and Simana en route. At Mirik, take a boat on Sumendu Lake and visit Bokar Monastery before returning to Darjeeling for the night.

   Day 5 · DarjeelingAt Darjeeling

   Pre-dawn trip to Tiger Hills to catch the sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak, stopping at Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on the way back. Afternoon guided tour covers the Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan refugee self help Centre and a tea estate.

   Day 6 · DarjeelingDarjeeling - Gangtok (96 Kms / 3.30 Hrs)

   

   Drive to Gangtok, with optional river rafting available en route. Check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring Lal Bazar and local shops.

   Day 7 · GangtokAt Gangtok

   Full day guided tour covering Hanuman Talk, Ganesh Talk and Tashi View Point, then seven more attractions including Rumtek Monastery or Jhakri Water Falls, Cable Car, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do-Dul-Chorten, Botanical Garden and the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms.

   Day 8 · GangtokGangtok - Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir - Gangtok (32 Kms / One Way)

   

   Day excursion to Tsomgo Lake at 12,400 feet and Baba Mandir. The glacial lake sits in dramatic scenery; if it's closed due to landslide, an alternative route will be provided instead.

   Day 9 · GangtokGangtok - Phuentsholing (223 Kms / 5.30 Hrs)

   Drive to Phuentsholing on the Bhutan border. Check in and relax at your hotel for the night.

    Day 10 · PhuentsholingPhuentsholing - Thimphu (176 Kms / 4.30 Hrs)

    

    Drive to Thimphu. After checking in, take a stroll through nearby streets to visit local markets, sample street food and chat with residents.

    Day 11 · ThimphuAt Thimphu

    Guided tour of Thimphu visiting Tashichhodzong, BBS Tower, Government Run Handicraft Emporium, National Memorial Chorten, Buddha View Point, folk heritage and national textile museums, plus the National Institute of Traditional Medicine and zoo.

    Day 12 · ThimphuThimphu - Punakha (75 Kms / 2.30 Hrs)

    

    Drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass, which offers sweeping views across Bhutan. Afternoon guided tour of Punakha Dzong, built in 1637 at the confluence of the male and female rivers by Ngawang Namgyel.

    Day 13 · PunakhaPunakha - Wangdue Phodrang - Paro (130 Kms / 4.30 Hrs)

    

    Drive to Paro, stopping in Wangdue Phodrang to see Wangdue Dzong and the local market. En route to Paro, visit Dochula Pass and Simtokha Dzong.

    Day 14 · ParoAt Paro

    Full day in Paro: start at the National Museum in Ta Dzong, then walk to Rinpung Dzong. Visit the ruined Drukgyel Dzong, meet locals at a traditional farmhouse, and end at Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest and most sacred temples.

    Day 15 · ParoParo - New Delhi (By Flight)

    Fly from Paro back to New Delhi. You'll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for the night.

    Day 16Departure from New Delhi

    After breakfast, check out and transfer to New Delhi airport for your flight home.
