About this trip
This is an eleven-day self-drive route through Croatia, taking you from the capital down to the Dalmatian coast at your own pace. You get your own car and a set route, with the driving and sightseeing left up to you.
The journey runs from Zagreb to Opatija, inland to the waterfalls of Plitvice Lakes, then down the coast through Zadar and Split before finishing in Dubrovnik. It's a mix of cities, coastline and national park, covering a good cross-section of what Croatia offers without anyone else setting the schedule.
Being private and self-guided, this suits people who want the logistics of a route sorted but prefer to explore each stop on their own terms.
