About this trip
Eight days cycling across Slovenia, from the capital Ljubljana down to the coastal town of Piran. It's a compact country that rewards this kind of slow, pedal-powered exploring — mountains, rivers and coast all within reach.
You'll ride around Lake Bled, through Triglav National Park and along the Soca River, with stops for picnics, barbecues, coffee and the odd winery visit along the way. A support vehicle travels with the group, so if your legs need a rest for an hour or a day, that's an option.
It's a guided group ride with one leader cycling alongside you and another driving support — useful on the climbs, or just for peace of mind.
