About this trip

Ten days across Rajasthan's big-hitter cities, taking in Mughal architecture, desert forts and a wildlife safari along the way. You move through Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ranthambore and Agra, with a fully guided itinerary doing the logistics so you can focus on what's in front of you.

This is classic North India sightseeing with a safari twist — palaces, forts and the Taj Mahal, plus a shot at seeing tigers in Ranthambore National Park.

It suits travellers who want a proper introduction to Rajasthan without having to plan the route themselves, covering a lot of ground and a lot of history in a fairly short window.

What you'll do

  • See the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort
  • Explore Amber Fort and City Palace in Jaipur
  • Wildlife safari in Ranthambore National Park
  • Boat ride to Lake Palace and Jag Mandir in Udaipur
  • Explore the forts of Jodhpur
  • Visit the major sites of Delhi
Good to know
  • Covers six cities in ten days, so expect a fair amount of travel between stops
  • Wildlife sightings on the Ranthambore safari aren't guaranteed, as with any wild park
