About this trip
Three days overland and by river from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh, tracing the Mekong Delta as you go. It's a one-way journey rather than a loop, so you end up in a different country to the one you started in.
Expect a mix of delta villages, a floating market, a flooded forest sanctuary, and a border crossing by speedboat. Along the way there's plenty of local daily life to take in, from riverside towns to pagodas around Chau Doc.
