About this trip
This 16-day route runs through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, mixing history and culture with a beach finish. You start in Hanoi and move south through Halong Bay and Hoi An before flying to Ho Chi Minh City, then cross into Cambodia for Angkor and on to Thailand for Bangkok and Phuket.
It is a full itinerary — cities, temples, war history, river life and island time all feature, so expect a lot of ground covered and a different scene most days.
The trip closes on Phi Phi Island, giving you a proper stretch of beach and snorkelling after the more culture-heavy first half.
