Ten days across three very different sides of Thailand: Bangkok's temples and markets, Chiang Mai's hills and culture, and Phuket's islands and beaches. It moves at a fair clip, covering a lot of ground without lingering too long in any one place.
You start in Bangkok with the Grand Palace and a trip out to the Damnoensaduak floating market, then fly north to Chiang Mai for temples, elephants, and a Khantoke dinner. From there it's on to the Golden Triangle before heading south to Phuket for island time and a stretch on the beach.
