About this trip
This trip pairs India's classic Golden Triangle with a few days in Kathmandu, taking you from Mughal-era monuments to the streets of Nepal's capital in just over a week.
You'll move between Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, taking in the mix of history, markets and city life that defines northern India, before flying on to Kathmandu for a change of pace and scenery.
It's a partially guided tour, so you'll have local guidance at the key sights alongside some time to explore on your own.
What you'll do
- See the Taj Mahal at Agra
- Explore the forts and palaces of Jaipur, including Amber Fort
- Wander Old and New Delhi, from the Red Fort to Connaught Place
- Visit Kathmandu's temples and Durbar Square
- Fast-paced — four cities across two countries in 8 days
- Involves a flight between India and Nepal
- Partially guided, so expect a mix of group sightseeing and free time
