  1. Casablanca - Rabat - Fes — Casablanca

You'll be picked up and taken to Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, which sits grandly above the Atlantic. Then it's on to Rabat to see Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of Oudayas overlooking the Bou Regreg River, before driving through valleys to Fes Medina for the night.

  2. After breakfast, a local guide walks you through Fes's UNESCO-listed medina: medieval tanneries, pottery workshops, Al-Karaouine University, the Merenid Tombs, Madrasa Bou Inania, and the Royal palace gates. You'll navigate the busy souks with your guide, then eat at a driver-recommended restaurant.

  3. Fez - Ifrane - Midelt - Errachidia - Ziz Valley - Erfoud - Merzouga — Fes

You drive from Fes through Ifrane (known as Switzerland of Morocco) to see wild Macaque monkeys in the cedar forest, pass apple-growing Midelt in the Atlas foothills, cross the lush Ziz Valley with its palm groves meeting desert, and continue towards Errachidia on your way to Merzouga.

  4. Merzouga Desert - Rissani - Tinjdad - Tinghir - Todra Gorge - Dades Valley — Merzouga

Starting at your desert camp in Merzouga, you'll watch the sunrise, then visit Rissani and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif. You'll drive through Tinjdad and Tinghir to Todra Gorge—Morocco's tallest canyon—before heading to Dades Valley for lunch among palm groves and Berber villages.

  5. Dades Valley - Kalaat M’Gouna - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Tizi n’Tichka Pass - Marrakesh — Boumalne Dades

Leaving Dades Valley, you'll explore the Valley of Roses in Kalaat M'Gouna and watch rose water extraction at local distilleries. The Atlas Film Studios in Ouarzazate comes next, followed by the UNESCO Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, then the drive over Tizi n'Tichka Pass into Marrakech.

  6. After breakfast, a multilingual guide takes you through Marrakech: Djemaa el-Fna Square's crowds and spice stalls, Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and Medersa Ben Youssef. You'll have mint tea in the medina, explore the souks, and see the Koutoubia Mosque's minaret.

  7. You're picked up at 9am and driven towards the Atlas Mountains to a Berber village where a women's association sells Argan Oil products. The day continues to Setti Fatma in the Ourika Valley for quiet walks by refreshing river waters.

  8. You have a free day in Marrakech. Optional activities (extra cost) include hammam and spa, quad biking in the Palm groves or Agafay Desert, hot air ballooning, or day trips to Ouzoud Waterfalls, Essaouira, or the Three Valleys.
