Three days riding through Ha Giang, Vietnam's rugged northern frontier, where limestone peaks and terraced valleys give way to some of the country's most striking mountain roads.

You'll stop at the well-known sights — the Twin Mountains, the H'Mong King's Palace, Dong Van's old quarter and market, and the dramatic curves of Ma Pi Leng Pass — while also getting a look at everyday life in local ethnic minority communities like the White H'mong, Red Dzao, and Tay.

A short trek up to the Lung Cu Flagpole rounds things out, giving you a proper sense of standing at the northernmost edge of the country.
