About this trip
Six days through southern Mexico's Mayan heartland, moving by coach between canyons, waterfalls, indigenous villages and three major archaeological sites.
You'll get a mix of nature and culture — the wildlife of Sumidero Canyon, the traditions of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantán, and the ruins of Palenque, Uxmal and Chichén Itzá.
It's a fully guided, sightseeing-paced trip suited to groups and families rather than independent explorers, with a guide available in English or Italian.
