   Day 1 · Easter IslandWelcome to Easter Island! - Awesome Sunset Tour - Visit Ahu Tahai on your own!

   

   You'll be met at Mataveri International Airport and driven to your hotel in Hanga Roa, a journey of around 15-20 minutes. The drive gives you your first taste of Easter Island's volcanic terrain, scattered moai, beaches and coastline. You'll have time to visit Ahu Tahai on your own.

   Day 2 · Easter IslandAdventure to Rano Raraku Volcano & Anakena White Sand Beach

   

   Start at the ruined Ahu Vaihu on the south coast, then head to Tongariki where 15 moai stand together—the largest concentration still standing. You'll visit Rano Raraku quarry, where around 900 statues were carved and roughly 397 remain in various states of completion across the site.

   Day 3 · OrongoVisit Rano Kau Volcano & Orongo Village

   

   Drive up the extinct Rano Kau volcano for views across the whole island and its crater lake. Continue to Orongo, the ceremonial village where the birdman competition occurred, to see petroglyphs and look out towards the three islets of Motu Nui, Motu Iti and Motu Kao Kao.

   Day 4 · AnakenaRelax at the Anakena Beach!

   

   Spend the day at Anakena Beach, Easter Island's largest natural beach. The white sand occasionally takes on a pink hue in certain light. The beach has bathrooms, restaurants and a picnic area to use as you please.

   Day 5 · Easter IslandHorseback Ride in Easter Island

   Explore Easter Island on horseback through its extensive volcanic cave network. You'll visit Ana Kakenga with its window-shaped caves, Ana te Pahu known as the Cave of Bananas, the Akivi Ahu site with the Seven Explorers moai, and finish at Maunga Roiho, a secondary cone of Terevaka volcano.

   Day 6 · Easter IslandDiscover a Ceremonial Site: Akivi & Tahai - Enjoy Kari Kari Cultural Show and Dinner

   Visit the Tahai ceremonial site with its three platforms and re-set moai, including the only moai with eyes, plus remains of boat houses and stone structures. Continue to Ahu Akivi with seven restored moai representing the first explorers sent by King Hotu Matua, then Puna Pau quarry where moai hats were carved. Finish with the Kari Kari cultural show and dinner.

   Day 7 · Easter IslandGoodbye Easter Islands - Transfer from Hanga Roa to the Airport

   Transfer from Hanga Roa to Mataveri International Airport for your flight back to Santiago, a journey of around 15-20 minutes that offers final views of the island's landscape.
