About this trip
A ride across South Korea from Seoul to Busan, taking in cities, coastline and countryside along the way, including a stretch of the Four Rivers Bike Path. A local leader rides with the group throughout, pointing out spots most visitors would miss.
Days mix riding with proper stops — the DMZ, riverside towns, golden-sand coastline near Gangneung and Sokcho, and an evening cycle to the Daereungwon Royal Tombs in Gyeongju. You'll also spend a night glamping and get a taste of local food, from hotpot to barbecue.
Riding distances stay short to moderate, so there's room for free afternoons — walking park trails, taking a night river cruise, or following your own curiosity into K-pop culture if that's your thing.

- Ride sections of the Four Rivers Bike Path
- Visit the DMZ and learn about Korea's divided history
- Cycle to the Daereungwon Royal Tombs in Gyeongju at dusk
- Stay overnight at a glamping park with traditional culture on offer
- Ride the coastline near Gangneung and Sokcho, with time to relax on the beach
- Travel between cities by fast train
- Daily rides range from 10 to 70 km, over terrain that shifts from flat to hilly
- A support vehicle is with you outside the main cities, though it only fits up to six cyclists at a time
- You'll need to be confident riding both solo and in a group, on and off busy roads
