About this trip
Six days across two of Patagonia's big landscapes: Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world, and El Calafate, gateway to the Perito Moreno Glacier. It's a partially guided trip with transfers, accommodation and local guides sorted for you, so the days are about being there rather than logistics.
This runs as a fixed-departure journey where the group isn't fixed at all — you may travel with different people in Ushuaia than you do in Calafate, as the group reshapes at each stage. Good if you like your own rhythm but don't want to sort every transfer yourself.
What you'll do
- Explore Tierra del Fuego National Park outside Ushuaia
- See the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia's snow-capped mountain backdrop
- Visit the Perito Moreno Glacier in El Calafate
- Travel between two contrasting Patagonian landscapes, steppe and mountain
- Group size varies between destinations as travellers join or move on
- Flights, internal buses, optional excursions, national park entrance fees and personal expenses are not included
- Breakfast is not included at hostel accommodation
