About this trip
Nine days across three capitals, taking in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia in one journey through the Caucasus.
You start in Baku, walking the old streets of Icheri Sheher and heading out to Gobustan's rock carvings and the strange fire landscapes of Absheron. From there it's on to Tbilisi, the wine country of Kakheti and the hilltop town of Sighnaghi, before the mountains close in at Kazbegi.
The trip ends in Armenia, with Yerevan's city life, the view of Mount Ararat from Khor Virap, the red cliffs of Noravank and a wine tasting in Areni to finish.
