About this trip
A coach trip stringing together four Baltic capitals — Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn and Helsinki — with smaller towns and some countryside in between. The route runs south to north, tracing how the region's architecture, food and pace of life shift from one city to the next.
You get proper time in each capital: Vilnius's medieval streets, Riga's mash-up of architectural styles, and Tallinn's old town with its shops, galleries and cafes. There's also a stop at the Hill of Crosses and a breather in nature at Lahemaa National Park and Parnu before a ferry crossing over to Helsinki.
It's a small-group, fully guided coach tour, aimed at people who want a broad first look at the Baltics and southern Finland rather than lingering long in any one place.

Worth it if you want a polished, efficiently-run Baltic taster with excellent hotels and local guides. Think twice if you need continuity with one guide throughout or have mobility concerns.
- Radisson Blu hotels across Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia consistently exceeded expectations with large rooms, excellent breakfasts, central locations within 10-15 minute walks.
- Guides like Alina and Lamija were knowledgeable about history and local life; coaches and walks departed on schedule. Logistics ran like clockwork.
- Multiple guides covering same tour on different days created confusion; one reviewer strongly advocated for single guide continuity throughout the trip.
- Ferry connections to Helsinki involve being dropped at distance from port, not driven on; mobility issues made luggage handling and boarding challenging.
