About this trip

Seven days across Athens, Mykonos and Santorini, with the ferries and transfers sorted so you're not stuck queuing at ports or working out logistics between islands.

Most of the trip is self-guided, giving you the freedom to set your own pace, with just one half-day guided group tour in Santorini. The rest of the time it's you, your itinerary, and however you want to fill the days.

You're based in 3- or 4-star hotels with breakfast included, so the days are yours but the essentials are handled.

What you'll do

  • Explore Athens at your own pace before heading to the islands
  • Ferry across to Mykonos and Santorini with transfers included
  • Join a half-day guided tour around Santorini on Day 5
  • Watch the sunset over Santorini's caldera
  • Wander the whitewashed villages and beaches of both islands
Good to know
  • Mostly self-guided — only one day includes a guided group tour
  • Suits people who want structure around transport and hotels but freedom day to day
  • Three islands in seven days means a fair amount of ferry travel

What travellers actually say

Worth it if you value seamless logistics, central hotel locations, and small-group dynamics. Think twice if rigid schedules matter—weather can disrupt island time.

  • Hotels consistently central: Acropolis walking distance in Athens, beachfront in Mykonos, two blocks from Kamari in Santorini.
  • Airport-to-hotel transfers and inter-island ferry logistics handled professionally; schedule changes managed efficiently without traveller stress.
  • Weather delays cost one reviewer half a day on an island; no mention of compensation or flexibility built in.
  • Small groups foster genuine connections; solo travellers integrated well with staff going above and beyond on lost items.
