About this trip
Seven days across northern Vietnam, moving from the old streets of Hanoi to the limestone waters of Halong Bay and the terraced hills around Sapa.
You start in Hanoi's Old Quarter, then head out to the countryside for a bamboo boat ride through karst scenery often compared to Halong Bay, before cycling through villages to see everyday rural life. A night on a Halong Bay cruise follows, and the trip ends with trekking through Sapa's rice terraces and time with local minority communities.
It's a fully guided group trip pitched at an easy pace, built to give a rounded first look at Vietnam rather than deep-dive into any one region.
