What travellers actually say

Worth it if you want a solid Spanish overview with standout guides and don't mind logistical hiccups. Think twice if you need fluent English commentary or flexibility on accommodation.

  • Strong individual guides (Patrícia, Pedro, Constantine) who provide genuine cultural context and go the extra mile.
  • Alhambra ticket covers gardens only, not the Nasrid Palace itself—a major omission given tour billing and visitor expectations.
  • Language group splits mean English speakers often outnumbered; multiple reports of Spanish-heavy commentary and guides with minimal English.
  • Hotel quality inconsistent: Granada's Hotel Angeles (advertised 4-star) was outdated, refused A/C, and seated tour groups in hot dining areas.
