About this trip
Nine days through Italy's big four cities, moving by train and staying centrally in 4-star hotels throughout. It covers a lot of ground without the hassle of driving yourself, so you can focus on the cities and lakes rather than logistics.
You start in Milan, then head to Venice for a gondola ride through the canals, on to Florence for its Renaissance streets, and finish in Rome with time among the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Lake Como and Bellagio feature along the way, adding a slower, scenic break between the cities.
Guided sightseeing is built in at each stop, with English-speaking guides, so you get context on what you're seeing without having to arrange it yourself.
