About this trip
Twelve days across Madagascar's varied landscapes, from rainforest to desert-like rock formations to coast, with a guide taking you through the country's best-known natural sites.
You start in Antananarivo and work your way out to Andasibe's rainforest, the baobabs of Morondava, the limestone spires of Tsingy de Bemaraha, and Ranomafana's forest and hot springs, before finishing among the sandstone landscapes of Isalo and the coast at Tulear.
It's a wildlife and landscape-focused route rather than a beach holiday, with a lot of ground covered and a new setting every few days.
