About this trip
Eight days split between Zanzibar's beaches and the safari circuit of northern Tanzania, giving you both time to switch off by the sea and days spent tracking wildlife across some of the country's best-known parks.
The safari side takes in Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara, three very different landscapes with their own mix of animals and scenery, while the Zanzibar stretch is built around slowing down on the coast.
It suits you if you want a proper safari without giving up on beach time altogether, rather than choosing one or the other.
