About this trip
Jebel Saghro is the lowest of Morocco's Atlas ranges, tucked into the south of the country, and this 8-day trek takes you through it on foot. It's a landscape of bare rock and open space, dotted with nomad tents, small villages and pockets of green oasis.
This is a trip for clearing your head rather than ticking off sights. Days are spent walking between settlements and camps, with the terrain and the quiet doing most of the work.
