About this trip

Fifteen days across Morocco, taking in the full sweep of the country from the medinas of the Imperial Cities to the dunes of the Sahara and the peaks of the High Atlas.

You'll ride camels into the desert, share mint tea with Amazigh hosts, and walk through remote mountain villages, alongside proper time in Rabat, Meknes, Fez and Marrakech.

It's a fully guided small group trip with a private room throughout, so you get the ease of everything arranged without sharing a bed with a stranger.

What you'll do

  • Ride a camel over the dunes of the Sahara
  • Tour all four Imperial Cities: Rabat, Meknes, Fez and Marrakech
  • Walk a remote village route through the High Atlas mountains
  • Explore the ancient ksar of Ait Benhaddou
  • Visit the Todra Gorge
  • Share mint tea with Amazigh hosts
Good to know
  • Fully guided throughout, with a private room included
  • Two weeks covering a lot of ground, from desert to mountains to cities, so expect regular travel days
What travellers actually say

Worth it if you love guided cultural immersion and don't mind long minibus days. Think twice if you have mobility issues or need extensive trip notes upfront.

  • Guide quality transforms the trip—Samir and Mustapha went above and beyond, fixing broken bags and managing group comfort seamlessly.
  • Stairs and physical demands everywhere; those with knee or mobility issues will genuinely struggle without advance warning from the operator.
  • Several long minibus days with limited space to spread out; prepare for extended stretches of travel between destinations.
  • Stomach troubles hit 13 of 16 travellers—stick rigidly to bottled water, avoid salads and street food, pack antiseptic handwash.
