About this trip
This is a slower, culture-focused week based in one spot in the Prosecco Hills, an area that gets far less attention than the wine itself. You're staying at a four-star hotel on Italy's oldest wine route, with walking through vineyard country as the daily rhythm rather than a checklist of sights.
Food and wine are woven into the days properly, not just tacked on for an evening. Expect regional cuisine and prosecco tastings alongside the walking, with the pace set at moderate rather than a march.
There's also a day trip to Venice, but the version most people don't see. Instead of the main sights, you head into quieter neighbourhoods and visit a working artisan's studio to get a sense of how the city actually functions day to day.
