About this trip
Eight days cycling through the Loire Valley, covering some of France's best-known chateaux by bike rather than coach.
You pedal through quiet countryside and small towns, stopping at grand estates and vineyards along the way, with wine tastings built into the route.
The trip runs from the first chateau visits through to Blois, moving at a moderate pace suited to fairly regular cyclists rather than racers.
