About this trip
Eight days covering the classic Golden Triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, then on to Varanasi, one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in India. You travel by private vehicle with a driver throughout, staying in five-star hotels.
The route takes in the big set pieces — Red Fort, Taj Mahal, Amer Fort — alongside a rickshaw ride through Old Delhi and an elephant ride up to Amer Fort. Varanasi closes the trip with its riverside ghats and the evening Ganga Aarti ceremony, seen from a boat on the Ganges.
